• • Don’t pick at them – Picking at your eyelashes may weaken them and even make them fall out. This will result in bald patches along your lashline, and an infill would be necessary to restore them.

    • Brush your eyelashes every morning and night – Use a clean spoolie brush to brush through your lash extensions. This will keep them in order and look neat. It can also break down any pollen or dust on the lashes which can lead to infection.

    • Sleep on your back on the first night – Sleeping on your back is recommended for the first night as your eyelashes are more susceptible to bending or misshaping if you sleep on your front or your side.

    • Avoid steam rooms, sunbeds, and saunas for at least 48 hours – Moisture should be avoided in the first 24 hours as it won’t allow the adhesive to dry fully. Places such as steam rooms, sunbeds, and saunas can bring on sweat which may loosen the lashes. With that said, vigorous exercise should be avoided before the lashes have dried.

• $60 a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be paid on the appointment day, we take CASH ONLY.

• Appointments must be canceled  24 hours after booking. Full Price service will be charge if NO-SHOW, CANCEL-LAST MINUTE 

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• Appointments canceled 24 hours after booking, deposit won’t be refunded after 24h .  To cancel please send us an email to eyelashbygrace@gmail.com

• You will have 1 chance to reschedule your appointment a minimum of 72 hours before your appointment. If you try to reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, you will lose your deposit. Less than 48 hours, you will be charge full price..

• You will not be allowed to reschedule a second time.

NO-SHOW

• If you do a "No-Show" your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit would be forfeited, full price will be charge. If you wish to reschedule after a missed appointment please note that the service must be paid IN FULL before booking again. Failure to do so will result in me cancelling your appointment and you would not be able to book any future services with me.


Eyelash Extension Policy:

  • 2 DAY RETENTION RULE

    We guarantee the satisfaction of our clients and to our services provided. If you have any concerns with the services you received please let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer you.

    Please note that this does not bump out your 3-week rule and is treated as a free touch-up.

  • MINI FILLS

    These fills are available by REQUEST ONLY. Mini fills are valid 7 days from your last appointment or when other special circumstances arise by my approval. Your next fill will still need to be fall in between 3 weeks from your prior fill. Touch-up fills do not extend this time frame. They are an additional service that only fills in small gaps and imperfections. There is no removal of grown-out extensions. If you came back over 3 weeks, despite being slightly filled in, there would be far too many grown-out extensions to remove and replace and you would need a new set.

  • 3 WEEK FILL

    No fills may be booked over 3 weeks from their prior lash service. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you schedule ONE DAY over your 3 weeks, I will cancel your appointment and kindly ask you to rebook for a Full Set. No matter how much I love you! I promise you that if I allowed that it will turn into a runaway train 😣. Please pay attention to rescheduled fills as they may bump future fills out of this window.

  • FILL POLICY

    It is required that you have at least 50% of your lashes in order to be considered a “fill”. If you book a fill and show up with less than that, there will be an up-charge of $30 added to the initial fill price. This does not mean you get more fill time. If you are missing too many, you will be charged for a full set.

    Helpful Hints:

    If it looks like you need a fill then you have waited too long ;) Lashes should look good all of the time! Just less full.

    if you are missing more than 50% on only one eye you are still considered to be falling under the 50% Fill Rule.

    Be careful about very outgrown lashes - these are removed at every fill and do not count as happy lashes that get to a part of the 50% team

  • LATE ARRIVALS

    Hey, I get it. Traffic, unexpected hurdles, life happens. If you know you will late just inform me! send me a quick text or phone call. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. This includes showing up at 15 minutes over and then still needing to wash your lashes. I need to have you laying down ready to go no later than 15 minutes into your appointment.

  • AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

    Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After-hours appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional $25 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after-hours appointment.

Appointment Overview :

  • APPOINTMENTS

    Being on time and having clean lashes ensures you get the maximum time for lash application, every minute counts with eyelash applications. Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment or arrive with dirty lashes (ie: liquid eyeliner, mascara, goopy/sleepy eyes). Arriving on time for your lash appointments is important to ensure your treatment time is not cut down, as we need to stay on time. Do not drink coffee, tea, or caffeine-based products before arriving for your lash appointment, this will make you fidgety and need to use the restroom repeatedly; you will not be able to get up to use the restroom once your eyes are closed and the application has begun.

  • CLEAN EYES

    Please arrive with squeaky clean lashes. EXTENSIONS WILL NOT ADHERE TO DIRTY LASHES. They will end up falling off the very next day. Or they will fall right back off as I’m applying them and will make your fill impossible.

    No makeup (foundation, shadow, oils) on Eyelid, under eyes, and temples. Makeup else wear is just fine! Bronze and brow slay away!

    I don’t charge for a LASH BATH cus it’s a must for me. But you should keep your lashes clean, wash them every other day. Doing that is keep you accountable and protects your lash investment. Clean Lashes are HEALTHY lashes.

  • WASH YOUR LASHES

    What happens if you don’t clean ? You have layers build-up that cannot be cleaned off in one day - we will have to reschedule!

    The buildup of skin/dirt/oils will SUFFOCATE your lashes and they will DIE. They will fall out prematurely and if this continues, if they grow back, they will be weak and frail.

    If your natural lashes are dying (which can happen very quickly) I will stop all fills and put you on a break.

    If you come in with layers of buildup I literally CAN’T fill on you. The lashes I place will fall and pop right back off. I will have to cancel your appointment.

  • MEGA LASH CLIENTS

    Mega lashes get weighed down MEGA FAST and you will cause damage to your natural lashes before your next fill. Think triple the weight. You must keep these lashes extremely clean or we will switch down to a volume set to preserve the health of your naturals! :)

  • BEFORE + AFTER PHOTOS

    Before and after photos may be taken only upon your consent for the purpose of marketing and advertising for Adore You Esthetics and related to artists work

  • AGE RESTRICTIONS

    Our minimum age requirement for any services is 18 years of age. 16 and younger may also receive services with a parent/guardian present with a signed waiver.

  • ADVERSE REACTIONS

    Any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by Grace Lash Brow (or even by you). All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as allergies. Simply phone or email us with this request. * Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates. Feedback

  • CONFIRMATION TEXT/EMAIL

    As a courtesy, we will text/email to remind you of your appointment. You will get several alerts to keep you informed so you don’t forget your scheduled appointment. This also helps in case you need to reschedule. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

  • PARKING

    We do not provide reserved parking however there is street parking available to you, or Broadway Public Parking for $5/3hours. Please be conscious to show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment this includes finding available parking.
